Welcome to our crew and by booking or using our services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that are given below so please read them carefully before making a reservation.

General Information

These terms and conditions govern all types of bookings made with us and back confirming your booking, you accept the terms on behalf of all travelers in your itinerary. We have all the rights to update these terms and conditions anytime.

Booking and Payments

• All the bookings are depending upon the availability and confirmation but a deposit may be required at a time of booking with a balance due to the specific deadline.
• Payment must be made through the approved method that is listed on our website.
• If you failed to complete the payment then it may result in the cancellation without any refund.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• You are supposed to make the cancellation request in written form through email or official form.
• Refund eligibility depends upon the time of cancellation.
• If you have booked under the promotional or discounted fares then they will be non-refundable.

Changes To Bookings

• If you want to request the date changes, name changes in the cabin categories then they are subjected to availability and fees.
• Major changes will not be even allowed and you need to cancel and rebook.

Travel Documents:

• Our guests are completely responsible for carrying the required documents like valid passport, visa and other needs of the authorities.
• If you fail to complete the entry or exit requirements then the responsibility will be yours not ours.

Health & Safety

• The guest must tell us honestly about their medical conditions that might affect their ability to travel with us without any hindrance.
• We have the right to deny boarding to any guests that are unfit for travel.

Onboard Conduct

• There are some rules and regulations that you need to follow for your safety that will be directed by the crew all the time.
• If your behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or illegal then you will be removed from the cruise without any refund.
• The consumption of alcohol and smoking are restricted to the designated areas.

Liability

• Our cruise is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by the unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to the personal belongings in it would be great if you take care of it.
• Travelling with travel insurance is strongly suggested for all.

Force Majeure:

We will not be able to function properly and the failure to perform obligations due to the events that are beyond our control like natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or government restrictions are not liable to us.

Governing Law:

These are the terms and conditions governed by the law and any disputes related to them are subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
